Returns/Exchanges

I understand that picking the right size might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so I am happy to exchange your unworn Spurrin' Scrubs apparel item for an in stock sized item of equal or lesser value, within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on the basis that the customer is responsible for all exchange and return shipping costs. It is always recommended to also obtain tracking information of your return or exchange, as I cannot process your request unless if I get the original product retuned in hand!

IF INTERNATIONAL: Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

Shipping cost for Return or Exchange:

Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.
