Shipping and Delivery
As I operate all operations myself, I pack orders throughout the week and make a few post office drops a week! Post office drops and days honestly depend on what other factors my life may have going on. Please message me with any fulfillment timeframe concerns otherwise!
Fulfillment vs. Shipping:
Fulfillment Time: Fulfillment time is 8-10 business days after your order confirmation.
*Please note: Shipping time chosen at checkout indicates the time once your order has been fulfilled and dropped off at your shipping method of choice!
Shipping Rates
The charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. I ship through a variety of carriers to ensure safe, reliable, timely delivery. All rates are computer generated calculations based off of delivery location.
Important Shipping Information
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although I have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included. Incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) can delay the delivery of your order. I cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Please contact me for assistance with correcting an address on an order you have placed.
Tracking Your Package
After your order is shipped, I will send you an email shipment confirmation. It will also provide a shipment tracking number, with easy links to the shipping carrier’s websites, so you can track the status of your order. Contact me if you need help tracking your order.
Package Stuck in Customs
Customs clearance is completely beyond my control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.
As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, I kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Where is my order?
It can take between 8-10 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for me to prepare a package for delivery. Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.
To track your order, please use the link in the shipping email confirmation. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please contact me in regards to the situation at contact@spurrinscrubs.com so that I can further investigate!
If for any reason it is determined the parcel is lost in transit you will be issued a full refund.
Changing Delivery Address
Please contact me urgently if you need to change your delivery address. If your order has not yet shipped, then I should be able to update your address, so long as the delivery country/location remains the same. I cannot change the delivery country/location.
If your order has already shipped, please go to your local USPS or chosen shipper location and work with an associate with the provided shipping tracking number. They will be able to assist you directly.
Delivered, but not delivered?
1. Confirm correct shipping address was used.
In the instance that an incorrect shipping address was provided to me, Spurrin' Scrubs cannot be held accountable for mis-delivered packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to me at check-out is correct. If you believe your package was delivered to an incorrect address, please try to get in touch with the residents of that address to see if they can accept the package on your behalf.
Otherwise, keep an eye on the tracking information provided to see if it updates to show the package is being returned to sender. If this is the case, please email me at contact@spurrinscrubs.com. The original order will be re-sent out once it is delivered back to myself.
2. Check with your household members and neighbors.
3. Check your mailbox and any safe drop areas around the perimeters of your home.
In most cases, the carrier will specify on your tracking link where the package was delivered to (a mailbox, the front door, etc). I still recommend, however, to check all possible areas as to where it could have been delivered to in order to rule out the other options. Please check your mailbox and any safe drop areas around the parameters of your home.
What does safe drop mean? Safe drop refers to any locations around your household premises where your package may be deemed better hidden from passersby by the individual delivering your package. Please check around your porch, near your garage, and backyard entrance to see if the package is there.
4. For businesses- check with the security guard, mailroom, and front desk.
If your shipping address is to a business, there's a very good chance it was delivered to somewhere and/or someone else, especially if it is a large building with multiple different businesses. Please check with your mail room, front desk, and security guard to see if anyone has accepted the package for you.
5. For apartment buildings- check with security or front desk.
In many instances for apartment buildings, the package will be delivered not to your front door, but to concierge or security. Please check with your building's front desk or management office to inquire if they have received your package.
6. Contact your local post offices.
There's a chance that your package may have been held at one of your local post offices instead, despite the tracking showing as being 'Delivered'. I recommend to contact your local post offices of the carrier used to ship your order to inquire if they're holding your package. Be sure you're contacting the number of that exact post office, and not the general support line of the carrier.
7. Wait 24-48 hours for your package to deliver.
On rare occasions, the carrier may mark the package as being delivered earlier than it actually is. Please wait 24-48 hours for your package to deliver or for the carrier to issue another update.

Lost Packages:
File report to USPS, or other provided carrier if arranged. Simply enter your order tracking information, and follow the prompts under "Having an issue related to this tracking number?"
Please note: I cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
